Sample book report for treasure island

After reading the book the first time it could easily be said that the text has a very important message that should be heard by all kids. Treasure Island, while it is an adventure novel it also has the perfect story of a boy growing up, and showing increasing levels of maturity, confidence, and cleverness.

The story is about a young boy, so it was written as an adventure story for boys. A story of pirates and treasure. A pirate walks into the inn owned by the father of Jim Hawkins. The pirate’s name is Bill Bones, and he has a map to a treasure on an island in a chest.

One of which helped Robert write one of his greatest works, Treasure Island. Which, ironically, started off with a drawing of a treasure map for his 12-year-old step-son. Soon after Treasure Island was published Robert began to get his first taste of popularity and his goal of becoming a famous writer had finally begun.
